How To Hang Your Tuscan Mirror Perfectly
Share
Tuscan Mirrors are designed to make installation simple, accurate, and stress-free.
Every mirror arrives with:
✔️ A full-scale paper mounting template with pre-marked hole positions
✔️ Heavy-duty wall anchors
✔️ 2-inch screws for secure mounting
✔️ Built-in D-rings or keyhole hangers depending on the model
Follow this guide to get a flawless, level installation every time.

1. Unpack & Prepare Your Mirror
Before you begin:
- Carefully remove the protective packaging.
- Locate the paper template — this is a life-size outline of your exact mirror with the hanging points printed.
- Grab the provided anchors and screws.
Tools you’ll need:
- Tape measure
- Pencil
- Level
- Drill or screwdriver
- Painter’s tape
2. Choose the Perfect Height
Use these design standards:
- Above a vanity/console: bottom of the mirror 6–10 inches above the top.
- Hallway or entryway: center at 60–65 inches from the floor.
- Full-length mirrors: top at 72–78 inches minimum.
These heights create symmetry and a designer finish.
3. Position the Paper Template
This makes Tuscan Mirrors unique — no guessing, no measuring hole spacing.
- Hold the template on the wall where you want the mirror.
- Use painter’s tape on each corner to secure it.
- Step back and double-check:
- Is it centered?
- Is it straight? (Use your level along the printed top line.)
- Is the height right?
Pro tip: Templates let you adjust the position without lifting the mirror a dozen times.
4. Mark & Drill
Once the template is perfectly placed:
- Use a pencil to mark directly through the printed hole indicators.
- Remove the template.
- Drill your holes where you marked.
Wall types:
- Drywall: Use the included anchors before inserting screws.
- Stud: Skip anchors; screw directly into the stud for maximum strength.
- Brick/Concrete: Use masonry drill bit + included anchors.
5. Insert the Hardware
Now add your Tuscan Mirrors installation pieces:
- Tap in the anchors if you’re on drywall or concrete.
- Insert the 2-inch screws, but leave about ¼ inch of the screw head exposed — perfect for hooking into D-rings or keyholes.
Everything in your box is rated for the weight of the mirror.

6. Hang the Mirror
Lift the mirror carefully:
- If your model has D-rings, hook them onto the screw heads.
- If it has keyholes, align and slide down until locked in place.
Use your level one more time — the Tuscan template makes it extremely accurate, so minimal adjustment is needed.
7. Finishing Touches
- Add the included felt bumpers so the mirror sits flush and doesn’t scuff the wall.
- Clean any fingerprints with a microfiber cloth.
- Step back and enjoy your new statement piece.
Why Tuscan Mirrors Are Easier to Install
Your installation experience is smoother than generic mirrors because:
- You get a true-to-scale template, eliminating measurement mistakes.
- You get matching anchors + screws, no hardware store trip.
- The D-rings/keyholes are factory-aligned for a level hang.
- The entire process takes less than 10 minutes for most customers.
