What's Covered
For three years from the date of purchase, your mirror is protected against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Frame defects
- Structural defects
- Glass imperfections not caused by impact
- LED lighting failures (LED models)
- Defogger malfunctions (LED models)
- Wiring or power issues not caused by external damage
This warranty applies to standard residential use.
What’s Not Covered
To ensure clarity and fairness, the following are not covered:
- Damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or accidents
- Damage during installation or improper mounting
- Scratches, chips, or marks occurring after installation
- Water exposure beyond normal bathroom humidity
- Damage from harsh or abrasive cleaning chemicals
- Any modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
- Commercial or rental property use
These exclusions are standard across the home décor and mirror industry.
