Refund policy

As certain as we are that you will love your new Tuscan Mirror, we want to make sure you shop with the utmost peace of mind.

We here at Tuscan Mirrors believe in transparency, and good relationships with our customers, new and old. We decided to keep our return policy as simple as possible:

- If there was an error of any kind on our end (wrong product sent, imperfection in the product, etc.), we will take care of everything. We will cover shipping, as well as any costs associated with making you whole, making sure that your shopping experience with us is nothing less than perfect. 

- If there was no error on our end, but you decide this product is not for you, we will still take care of sending you the shipping label, and offer you the best possible rate to send the item back to us. We will then reimburse the difference to your original payment method.

      ex: if you purchased a mirror for 100$, and sending it back to us costs 20$, we will take                               care of the shipping and reimburse 80$ to your original payment method.

As promised, transparency. No fine print, no "restocking fees", no final sale items; we will always help you with the shipping and guide you through the entire process.
